Aromatic Sauna combines a regular dry sauna with heat vapour and essential oils. Certain oils aid the healing of specific complaints, for example inhaling essences such as lavender and eucalyptus helps clear the lungs and respiratory system. This treatment can also help with general relaxation depending on the oils used.
Affusion Shower is a type of hydromassage originally designed for those with cardiovascular problems. It uses a rain-like spray with mineral enriched water expelled from micro jets. The jets are attached to a horizontal spray which massages the whole body whilst laying face down on a bed. Depending on the type of treatment required, the pressure and temperature of the water may be adjusted. Can be used in conjunction with a manual or lymphatic drain massage.

Acupressure is a traditional chinese treatment originally derived from Accupuncture. Weight is applied to pressure points (acupoints) in the body stimulating the flow of energy around the body. It is also said to prevent illnesses.
Acupuncture is the traditional chinese method of inserting and manipulating metallic needles along the body's natural energy lines. Usually considered to be a complimentary therapy, used to stimulate anatomical points in the body. Electrical stimualtion can also be used through a low voltage electric current.
Ai Chi combines Shiatsu, Watsu, Tai Chi and water exercises in methods aimed at relaxation. It encourages slow movements and deep breathing to maximise oxygen intake enhancing overall health and wellbeing. Ai Chi takes place in shoulder-deep water and uses the entire body with knees slightly bent.
Alexander Technique focuses on re-educating the mind and body, elimating bad habits and encouraging newer more efficient ones. The technique teaches how to use the correct amount of effort in any given activity from strenous workouts to gentle walking. It creates balance and generatres body energy.
